Which hash should I use for passwords?

None of these. Use a password-hashing function like bcrypt, scrypt or Argon2, which add salt and cost factor to resist brute force.

Is MD5 still safe?

Only for non-security uses like file deduplication. Collisions can be generated cheaply, so MD5 is broken for signatures and certificates.

Can two different inputs share a SHA-256 hash?

Why is SHA-1 deprecated?
